August was a very crazy month for us at FJC Magazine. Not only have we been preparing content for the October issue, but we’ve been busy working on a new website and finishing up the 2008 FJ Summit Special Issue. Sometimes we bite off more than we can chew.

Well, during the long Labor Day weekend we finally finished up these two huge projects:

The 2008 FJ Summit Special Edition is now available for download or to live online.FJ Summit Special Cover

We also finally finished new website. The major upgrade is the visual layout, but we have several new features on the site as well. We’re working on adding contributor profiles, so you can learn more about our great authors. The top stories now rotate through the front page, a really cool feature!

We also now offer a subscription of sorts. Individuals that wish to help support our efforts at FJC Magazine can become a supporting member for $12/year. Benefits of becoming a supporting member include:
•    2 Free FJC Magazine Stickers
•    Priority Notification of Latest News via e-mail
•    Early access to the iPaper version of each issue
•    Early access to the online articles for each issue
•    Less advertising on the website (no Google Ads)

Of course FJC Magazine will remain completely free for those that do not wish to contribute.

Your thoughts & feedback are always welcome. We look forward to hearing from you and hope you enjoy the 2008 Summit Edition and the new site!

As always, drive safe, Stay The Trail, and Tread Lightly
